Job summary
The
Successful post holder is to be a first point of contact at a busy reception,
where they will greet patients, staff, service users.
The
post holder will be involved in the day to day running of the reception
ensuring that patients are directed to their appointments in a timely manner.
They
will undertake fire warden duties at the site they are working from.
Main duties of the job
The
Successful Candidate will work in Halton community as part of our busy
Reception Teams
Ensuring
Patients arrived on systems in a timely manner, referrals are actioned
promptly, appointments booked as appropriate.
Accurate,
timely admin support to be provided to clinicians.
Supporting
with distribution of hearing aid batteries, sorting incoming and outgoing mail
and any other tasks relevant to role.
Fire warden responsibilities.
