Job summary
This role will be Agenda for Change Band 4 during the fixed term period and will then be permanent and be Agenda for Change band 5 upon successful completion of the course. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners assess and treat people with common mental health problems. You will be trained by Sheffield University and you will be required to attend a second stage, University interview to be successful. Main duties of the job
You will be trained to use CBT-based Low Intensity interventions, including guided self-help, psycho-education and computerised CBT, to help the recovery of people with depression and anxiety. You will be expected to manage a small caseload while in training, and develop competence with systems of risk assessment and case management supervision. The organisation has adopted a hybrid working model which requires a flexible mixture of remote and in office working each week
