Main duties of the job
This exciting role has scope to develop over time alongside the changing demands of a busy Front Door and Clinical Triage Team. You will however be part of an established skill mixed team that forms the hub of a busy 0-19 Service. The role will include:
- Coordination and management of Strategy meetings and Marac work
- Undertaking Social care enquiries
- Linking in with the safeguarding team and other partner agencies such as the Childrens Social work Team
- Providing both Clinical and Child protection supervision to other staff
- Training and development of other staff that rotate into CTT
- Taking forward new processes thats support the development of the 0-19 Service
- Supporting with the management of SPHN sickness and the reallocation of work.
- Dealing with parental enquiries
- Supporting all other CTT and Front Door work
