Business Support Administrator - Children's Business Unit

Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dedicated team as an Administrator in the Business Support Team for the Children's Business Unit (CBU). This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of services for children and families in the Leeds community. This role supports the Admin Coordinator and the Children's Management Team in Leeds Community Healthcare, supporting in the diary management and general admin for the Senior Leadership Team.
Main duties of the job
Key duties of this role include but are not exclusive to: Admin support for the Admin Lead of the CBU. Assisting in managing Diaries. Supporting meetings. Event Launches Support. Desk bookings and Meeting Room bookings, Liaising with other Business Units and Services within the CBU. Admin support for the Head of Strategy. Sharing information from other sources with all CBU staff and teams. Creating letters, flyers and other CBU promotional resources. Placing orders if necessary. Use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms and Teams.
