Main duties of the job
The
Role:
You will receive a 6 Week in house training induction
You will be responsible for making sure our patients/staff and visitors
receive the best service we can deliver by putting them at the heart of
everything you do.
You will be required to fulfil and understand our patients needs by being
inspirational and making the patient experience one they will not forget
No day will be the same
Working on a busy front of house reception
Making of and transferring calls that come into the Health Centre
Meet and greet
Working on the SystmOne booking service
Booking of Meeting and Clinical Rooms for our service users both internal and
external
Reporting of building maintenance issues
You may have to work alone, but will also be part of a great team
Depending on your role expectation to travel across sites if required

The Administrator Role supports the provision
of efficient and effective administrative

identified business needs.
This role
is often the first point of contact into a service and may involve a range of tasks including providing a reception
service,
meeting
and
greeting
visitors to the
building and undertaking a range of administrative
services e.g. dealing with
post and parcels, replenishing/ordering stock,
record keeping, referral management, booking
appointments, signposting appropriately.
The post holder will
be a team player and

actively contribute to continuous service
improvement activities, including

maintenance and
improvement of quality to

delivered with customer
focus.

- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Microsoft team packages
- Knowledge of the importance of information governance, i.e. maintaining the confidentiality of information, storing information in the right place and making sure information is recorded clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act

- Do you hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as you will be expected to cover sites across Leeds. (If you do not have any of the above you will unfortunately not meet the shortlist criteria as this is a relief post)
