Job summary
The Eating Disorder Service is currently undergoing a period of significant growth and development, creating an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team. Based at the Reginald Centre, our multi-disciplinary team works in close partnership with acute hospitals and third-sector organisations to deliver high-quality care across the Leeds district.
The post holder will provide both direct and indirect patient care, working independently while supported by a supervisor and the wider multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities will include assisting with the assessment of service users and supporting the delivery of care programmes as delegated by senior staff.
Main duties of the job
The role may span multiple service pathways, encompassing both in-reach and outreach provision. While primarily based at the Reginald Centre, regular travel across the Leeds area will be required to support service delivery. Clinical interventions may be undertaken in family homes as well as in acute settings across both LTHT and LYPFT sites.
The post holder will be expected to contribute actively to the ongoing development of the service. Engagement in regular training and continuous professional development will be essential to ensure best practice and high standards of care.
