Job summary
The Clinical Pathway Lead will be leading the Foot Protection Service and Nail Surgery pathways within Community Podiatry Service. The post holder will also be responsible for the Clinical Governance within the service along with the Podiatry Leadership Team.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to identify a dynamic and passionate individual to support and lead the Foot Protection Pathway and Nail Surgery pathways. The post holder will be providing expert opinion and supervise the staff delivering the pathways. The post holder and the Principal MSK Podiatrist will be responsible to lead and support with the quality indicators like Quality Challenge, NICE guidance, audits, policies, patient complaints and incidents. The post holder will be integral part of the community podiatry service leadership team.
