Job summary
Community Podiatry provide clinical and home visits to the population of Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin via 11 clinic locations with a team of Podiatrists and Podiatry Assistants. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and would like to extend their knowledge and experience.

Main duties of the job
You will lead our Podiatry Admin Team and work closely with the Podiatry Team Lead and Clinical Leads. You will provide a point of contact for patients and colleagues and will ensure our processes are followed and are robust to manage our high risk caseload, enabling the smooth and efficient running of the podiatry service via e-referrals processes,team rota management and data quality management via use of informatics and reports.

- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent or able to demonstrate equivalent standard and experience.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of maths commensurate with maintaining referral and activity data. To GCSE grade A - C or equivalent.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of English language and grammar commensurate with composing own letters & ability to correct other correspondence as necessary. To GCSE grade A - C or equivalent.

- Significant experience in an administrative role.
