The team works from 07:30 till 19:30, so no regular night work.

We are 30 to 40 minutes away from Shrewsbury, Telford and Stoke-on-Trent.

On site free car parking, on site access to free gym facilities, blue light card retention and recruitment allowance on top of AFC pay.

New and exciting roles have been developed to enhance the current services, whilst we are also extending and increasing some roles that are already in place. These posts can be both physically and emotionally demanding. You must be able to demonstrate a positive non-judgemental approach to your work and a willingness to work hard in this environment to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Main duties of the job

Our patient group often have complex needs and you will deliver compassionate care to patients from diverse backgrounds who are also vulnerable .

Your role often varies, allowing you to develop additional skills and knowledge. The services we provide include (but not limited to): minor injury and illness, long term conditions, primary mental health, substance misuse, emergency and unscheduled care, health assessments, screening and vaccinations, health promotion, nurse consultation clinics, safeguarding, medication administration.
