Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Shropshire & Telford multidisciplinary teams in the provision of Immediate and Planned Care to patients in the community. The multidisciplinary teams provide nursing and therapy services offering an alternative to hospital admission, supporting timely discharge, and enabling people to realise their potential and functional independence.
This is a fantastic development opportunity to develop your clinical skills & knowledge and provide you with a pathway to develop to Band 3 & beyond.
Main duties of the job
The post will be available on weekdays. With the role you will be responsible for providing phlebotomy to patients in their own home. Additionally, your skills will be developed to undertake simple nursing tasks.
