Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to work with adults with learning disabilities as part of the integrated Barnet Learning Disabilities Service.
The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary colleagues to support clients in a range of community settings. This is an opportunity to develop clinical knowledge and skills within a supportive team.
Main duties of the job
We welcome applications from qualified Speech and Language Therapists who have an interest in working with adults with learning disabilities. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic therapist who can demonstrate a person centred approach, with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team and be supported by Senior Speech and Language Therapists. We are committed to personal and professional development through regular supervision and access to training.
