An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and innovative pharmacist to join our expanding Medicines Management team at Central London Community Healthcare Trust.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a pharmacist to provide a clinical pharmacy service at our bedded units within Hertfordshire & North London (Full- time, Part- time, Flexible working will be considered)
As an integral member of the team, you will be providing specialist expertise in the use of medicines whilst supporting to address both public health and social care needs of patients. You will be involved in providing and developing a high-quality specialist Clinical Pharmacy Service across a range of inpatient settings in the Community Hospitals (Rehabilitation Units, Interim Care Beds, Palliative Care, Discharge to Assess ward) covered by the Bedded Services team supported by the Lead Pharmacist for Hertfordshire and Lead Pharmacist for Bedded Services.
If you are successful, you will join the existing team of Band 7 pharmacists at the Trust covering a range of rehabilitation specialties. You will be supported by experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacists allowing you to gain new skills in each rotation and the ideal opportunity to develop strategic, quality improvement and leadership skills.
The post holder may be required to travel across the different sites within the Trust where we have Bedded Services Inpatients, therefore should hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)

- Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy.
- Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Certificate qualification or equivalent

- Evidence of basic teaching and tutoring in a hospital setting
