Job summary

CLCH are seeking a dynamic Transformaiton Project Manager to join the Communications and Improvement Directorate and drive excellence in digital transformation.

You'll play a crucial role in testing and rolling out digital technology to improve patient and staff experience, as well as support services to be more productive and efficient.

Collaboration, communication and excellent project management skills are key in this role as you will be working closely with the internal team, together with divisional colleagues, IM&T and external partners and suppliers to trial, evaluate and embed new and digital ways of working.

Main duties of the job

As a key member of the transformation team you will work autonomously to:

Undertake project planning and initiation processesWork with stakeholders to deliver agreed actionsBe involved in project closure and evaluationsBe responsible for ensuring projects have the correct governance and are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Project Management Qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuous personal professional development.

Desirable

  • Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner

Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience within a management role within a customer focused organisation
  • Substantial experience of successfully managing complex projects within a programme management system including evidence of change management within timeframes and in budget.
  • Extensive experience of working in a multi-agency partnership
  • Experience of writing concise and effective reports and project documentation
  • Experienced team leader

Desirable

  • Experience working within an NHS environment
  • An understanding of national and local NHS policy.
  • Experience working with community or voluntary groups
