Job summary

The Senior Sourcing Manager executes sourcing activities for NWLPS to provide excellent customer service, best value and compliance with NWLPS governance, in particular:

Abiding by NWLPS governance and external relevant procurement legislation.

Ensuring sourcing is seen across the organisation as a value add function.

Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

Providing mentoring and leadership to colleagues where necessary.

Develop and deliver creative and intuitive sourcing plans and sourcing strategies.

Negotiation and influencing.

Willingness to be proactive, adaptable and resilient

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are:

Soucing.

Creating sourcing plans.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Showing creativity and initiative when creating solutions and outcomes.

Negotiation and influencing.

Mentoring and leadership.

Ensure compliance with NWLPS governance procedures and relevant procurement legislation
