Although based in North H&F, this will be available for all children resident in H&F or registered with an H&F GP. It will be open from 13:00-17:00 on weekdays and will be run by a GP and paediatric ACP providing a range of care options to families on a walk-in basis, including education to support self-care. It will not be open at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a GPs who have an interest in same day care for children between the ages of 0-5years along with a passion for work targeting population health needs.

The service can be covered by various Gps on a rota system or one- so open to various hours and availability however core working hours are 1pm-5.30pm, Monday- Friday.
