This post is a key member of the PMO for the Harrow Borough Based Partnership. The PMO is primarily focused on supporting and facilitating the delivery of the Harrow Borough Based Partnership objectives.

The organisations that make up the Borough Based Partnership in Harrow have jointly committed funding to create this new role to support the business of the partnership and establish and strong programme management approach to the way that their business is conducted. In this first instance, this post is fixed term for 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Whilst we are currently operating a hybrid model of home and office working, your base will be the Harrow Council Offices at Forward Drive, alongside our Programme Team and Managing Director for the Borough Based Partnership, and co-located with the Local Authority and NHS Borough team. There is parking and good transport links to this location

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for:

Managing and leading specific projects for the Harrow Borough Based Partnership, which includes developing and managing project/programmes plans, reporting progress and undertaking risk and issue management to ensure effective and timely delivery.

Managing and contributing to the reporting of progress/under performance of projects and programmes.

Working directly with operational leads and relevant stakeholders to deliver specified projects.

Building working relationships and collaboration between Harrow Borough Based Partnership partners and wider stakeholders within the local system and communities.

Working closely with the leadership team to establish new ways of integrated working within neighbourhood structures. Neighbourhoods will bring together primary care, community physical and mental health, social care, and wider council services and voluntary and community sector services to build strong relationships, integrated teams and resilient communities that improve people's health, social wellbeing, and lives
