Job summary
Central London Community Healthcare is excited to be advertising for a band 8b Clinical Services Manager for our children's 0-19 universal services in Brent.
The Brent Children's Clinical Service Unit is led by a Head of Clinical Services, supported by two 8b Clinical Service Managers (CSMs) who respectively manage a portfolio of services for 0-19 Universal Childrens Services and Specialist Children's Services.
The Clinical Service Manager roles support the Head of Clinical Services to ensure quality processes are in place and embedded to consistently deliver a safe and effective high-quality service for patients and service users across the CSU.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will take part in trust wide projects relating to their portfolio and join the Brent Children Clinical Service Unit leadership team which includes specialist services such as therapies, child development service, specialist nursing teams and a new children's health inequalities team.
You will be supported by an 8a Clinical Lead as well as the Head of Clinical Services and wider senior management team and have opportunity to develop your leadership and operational management skills and lead on CSU wide projects within the division.
The role is primarily based at Sudbury Primary Care Centre and Willesden Centre for Health and Care where the team's offices are based however travel to other sites will be required.
