Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) is one of the largest community healthcare organisations in London and Hertfordshire, providing our services to diverse communities/boroughs in 11 London Boroughs.

Supporting people to receive care in their own home where possible is our focus and passion, and we are looking for highly motivated registered nurses committed to providing the best possible care to undertake the Post Graduate Diploma (Level 7) Specialist Practitioner Qualification (District Nursing) commencing in September 2024.

This one-year full time course will be jointly undertaken with one of our partner universities: London South bank University, or University of Hertfordshire. This is your chance to join our teams and to develop your career with the Trust. Alongside the support that you will receive from the University, you will be supported throughout your training by a Practice Assessor/Supervisors and the CLCH Academy.

This opportunity is being offered at band 5.

Main duties of the job

Criteria:

  • You must be a qualified nurse with active registration on the NMC Nursing Register (NMC PIN number should be provided within the application)
  • Must hold a 2.2 or above in a Nursing Degree (Level 6)
  • Ability to study at level 7
