An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our newly restructured Harrow Integrated Care District Nursing Service.

Harrow Integrated Care service provided District Nursing services to Harrow Primary Care Networks under NW London CCG.

Main duties of the job

This post will be located in Harrow locality and the post holder will work closely with the locality managers, service leads and senior clinical leads to maintain high standards prevails in the service and maintain close working relationships with the partner organisations.

We require an organised senior registered nurse who can demonstrate specialist district nursing clinical and managerial skills to work at band 7 level.

The ability to lead and work autonomously in a community multidisciplinary team.
