Staff nurse -Band 5 - Heathlands Court

This is an exciting opportunity to come and work in our new 14 bedded Physical Rehabilitation Unit working as part of an integrated team to support patients with their rehabilitation before going home.

Working as part of the Multidisciplinary team, you will deliver individualised nursing and rehabilitation care to patients and will be supported by the senior nursing staff and highly skilled therapy team.

Main duties of the job

We are currently looking for dynamic Band 5 Registered Nurses with acute or community experience to provide 24-hour nursing in a rehabilitation ethos to patients at Merton's rehabilitation unit. You will need to have a passion for working with patients during their rehabilitation enabling them to regain maximum self-sufficiency and return home.

We will provide robust training to ensure you are supported and competent including core mandatory training. In addition, there is a wealth of clinical skills training, preceptorship or supervision and Band 5 development programme available to you through our CLCH Academy.

Newly Qualified nurses are welcome to apply and will receive preceptorship and clinical supervision.
