The Community Nursing Team based in Lisson Grove Health Centre (North Westminster) and Soho Centre for Health and Care are seeking Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader responsible for providing clinical leadership in the delivery of high quality care for the patients in the community setting and the day to day management of individuals within a team.

So, what do you need to join the team?

  • To be an Experienced Registered General Nurse with a specialist Practitioner Course in District Nursing.
  • Evidence of recent post-registration nursing experience within the Community setting.
  • Experience of undertaking comprehensive health needs assessments
  • Experience of leading a team of qualified nurses, Nursing Associates and HCA's to provide high quality nursing care.
