The Temporary Staffing Service is a busy and diverse working environment which provides temporary clinical and administration staff to services across Birmingham. We pride ourselves on providing high quality dedicated Bank members to meet staffing shortfalls in our clinical and non-clinical services.
Main duties of the job
Identify and prioritise bank workers requiring mandatory training updates, and regularly review progress made on the training on an individual basis.
Contact bank workers to support them in booking training or accessing training online sessions and ensure bank workers have the appropriate access rights.
Support bank workers with training queries
Ensure reminders are made to bank workers in order to maximise attendance and training compliance through telephone, text, email or letter.
Ensure records of training progress are maintained on shared databases, the bank management system and on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
Book training as appropriate directly on the OLM module within ESR.
Book training with Learning & Development for e-learning sessions.
