Job summary
Applications are invited for Trust Doctor posts (FY2, ST1-ST2 equivalent) in General Internal Medicine/Geriatric Medicine at Moseley Hall Hospital, within the Adult & Specialist Rehabilitation Division of Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust
A number of posts are available to support the current workforce across a busy and diverse inpatient service offering experience in a varied but supportive environment.
Main duties of the job
Trust Doctors are not formally approved training posts, but the post holder will have consultant-led education and supervision and will be supported in their professional development. Applicants must be eligible for registration or hold full registration with the GMC and Membership of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent is desirable.

- Shall have completed at least one year of full-time postgraduate training or non-training post within the NHS (or its equivalent gained on a part-time or flexible basis) including a minimum of six months in a medical specialty within the NHS.
- Possesses and maintain professional registration &, where applicable, retain a current licence to practice.
- Minimum one year NHS experience in General medicine as a qualified doctor
- Ability to think creatively and prioritise

- MRCP UK or equivalent
- Clinical Leadership course
- NHS Experience in the care of the elderly as a fully qualified doctor.
