An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B7 Unit Manager across Day and Respite Services until the end of March 2024..
You should have experience of working in day / respite services ideally with a proven track record of clinical excellence and innovative approaches to service development.
You will be able to demonstrate continued professional development and have a high level of commitment to improving services for patients.
Main duties of the job
To complement our Multi-Disciplinary Team we are looking to appoint an experienced nurse. You will need to be an enthusiastic, adaptable and caring nurse who will be able to motivate the nursing team to lead service developments that will enhance patient care.
You will be responsible for the safety and quality of care delivered within the service, working collaboratively with the GP and Community MDT. You will be required to provide a visible and accessible presence within the team.

The Post holder will have 24 hour continuing professional and managerial responsibility ensuring the unit is appropriately staffed safely according to care needs.
