To provide high quality professional administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Teams. To support the Team Leaders and IMT team to implement efficient office systems and procedures .

To ensure high standards of customer services are met at all times when liaising with staff, external organisations, patients and their relatives.

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to provide high quality professional administrative support to the Evening Community Nursing team - the successful post holder will be required to work various evening across the 7 day week to provide cover as required, so the candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility.

Are you a skilled administrator with experience of data bases? Microsoft Word and Excel? Able to work on your own initiative? With excellent communication skills?
