Band 4 Central Booking Service Team Leader - Paeds

Job summary

An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a Band 4 Team Leader to join the Central Booking Service (CBS) to support the Community Paediatrics Team within CBS.

We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude and dedication combined with experience in people management.

Our Service Operating hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 The service is currently based at Gee House, Nechells.

This role will also involve Admin and Operational Support to the Management Team

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities of the CBS Team Leader

• To support with the Line Management of part of the Community Paediatrics Team within CBS
• To support the implementation of new systems/processes within the Team
• To monitor compliance with the new processes
• Manage staff performance, ensuring workloads, resources are effectively managed.
• Act as an escalation point for service user issues.
• Conducting 1-1 catch ups with the members of your team regularly/PDR's.
