Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to work within our busy Safeguarding Children team, providing administration support to the Birmingham Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
The successful applicant will have substantial office experience and an excellent working knowledge of Windows-based computer packages, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Also holding an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. The successful applicant will also have excellent interpersonal skills and an awareness of the confidentiality and information governance issues associated with working in a safeguarding environment.
