Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Advanced Care Practitioner who possesses an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice/Clinical Masters at Spalding Urgent Treatment Centre.

Main duties of the job
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are able to meet the essential criteria in the person specification and can provide evidence of significant experience in their specialist field. You will be required to have and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or have completed the Health Education England supported portfolio route to accreditation. Candidates will also hold a non-medical prescribing qualification where appropriate.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate the right values and behaviours and have excellent leadership and communications skills. Portfolio evidence of core capability across all four Pillars of Advanced Practice is expected.
As part of a team, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, being accountable for independent clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions. The role will include developing audit and research projects, providing ongoing supervision and support to medical and non-medical colleagues, and play a pivotal role in the operational development of their specialty. The post holder can expected protected time to fulfil these duties and maintain their continuing professional development portfolio.
