Job summary

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated and committed pharmacist? If so, we would like you to join Lincolnshire Community Health Services Pharmacy and Medicines Management Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, responsive and innovative pharmacist to join our experienced and expanding team as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist.

Please note this position will not commence before July 2025

Main duties of the job

You will lead, develop and deliver clinical pharmacy service to ensure an optimum, progressive and efficient service that meets demand.

You will need to provide professional advice, support and training on medicines related policies and practice to health professionals in a diverse range of specialist community health services.

You will support the Chief Pharmacist in implementing the Medicines Optimisation Strategy, undertake and develop Quality Improvement projects in line with local and national policies. You will also work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective medication use, promote health education and support public health initiatives.
