Job summary

This is an important role that supports delivery of essential assurance, governance and statutory responsibilities of the Finance and Business Intelligence Directorate, particularly its Operational Delivery functions. It is a varied role that will provide the post holder with opportunities to use a range of skills, knowledge and experience and will also provide opportunities for development and specialisation for those who want that.

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive, effective, and efficient day-to-day support to the FBI Directorate including providing informed and valuable business insight to ensure effective operation of the directorate.

Main duties of the job

You will work towards providing support to ensure statutory responsibilities and NHS rules are met including mandatory data returns, reports, frameworks, and plans. You will work towards providing support to managers of specific portfolios, projects, and work programmes. You will work towards being responsible for ensuring that information is processed in accordance with policies and procedures. You may work towards providing support and training to end users of FBI services.
