Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and resilient nurse or AHP specialist/ team lead to take up this exciting role. You will play a pivotal leadership role in driving forward change and delivering the vision of the Lincolnshire Community Cardiology service.
This is a truly exciting time to join the team. Lincolnshire is embarking on a major transformation within Cardiology services and you will be joining at a time where you can influence the direction and deliver the changes needed.
Please note, we will be using Personal Profile Analysis as part of the interview process and will require you to complete a PPA assessment prior to interview.
Main duties of the job
To work as an accountable and autonomouspractitioner and act as lead specialist and source ofexpertise in cardiac rehabilitation.
To provide strategic and clinical leadership toinfluence the development and delivery of localcardiac rehabilitation services.
To oversee and ensure high quality, efficient andeffective service delivery.

- Registration Nurse or AHP holding current NMC registration (adult), HCPC registration or equivalent level of experience.
- Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience working at senior level in a specialist cardiovascular service.
- Advanced qualification or sustained expert management experience in cardiac rehabilitation or similar cardiovascular specialist service.
- Qualifications in physical history and clinical assessment, Independent Non-Medical Prescribing or commitment to undertake as part of Continued Professional Development
- Basic life support training
