As a Trust, we strive to provide excellent patient care by building strong relationships with colleagues in other services and Trusts. We are rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, delivered on our financial plans in 2018/19 and are playing an integral part in shaping future health service provision countywide alongside partner health and social care organisations. This includes having an active involvement in Better Together workshops, attending and participating in Neighbourhood Team meetings, and completing integrated work with our nursing teams and other specialist services within LCHS. This provides fantastic opportunities for networking and building on skills and competencies. Together with the Clinical Practice Educators, LCHS is dedicated to supporting learning and development of staff, including the preceptorship programme for newly qualified practitioners and return to practice candidates
