We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and resilient clinical leader to take up this new and exciting role. As the Community Cardiology Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving forward change and delivering the vision of the Lincolnshire Community Cardiology service.
This is truly exciting time to join the team. Lincolnshire is embarking on a major transformation within Cardiology services and you will be joining at a time where you can set the direction and deliver the changes needed.
As an experienced Cardiology clinical leader, you will work at an advanced level providing clinical supervision and advice to specialist Heart Failure and Cardiac Rehab professionals, and be responsible for delivering service developments. You will also practice at an advanced level delivering exceptional and evidence-based patient care.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Lead for the Integrated Community Cardiology service, you will be responsible for delivering the new community pathway working collaboratively with system partners to further drive and deliver change to ensure the Lincolnshire health system can meet the needs of patients within this field both now and in the future.
This role is not just operational and you will be expected to continue practising at an expert level utilising your advanced skills to manage patients with heart failure.
We are looking for an individual who can lead large scale change, demonstrates strong resilience to the pressures with the NHS, continues to strive for excellence and is comfortable with making decisions. A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with system partners is a must.
