International Recruitment Lead

We are excited to be embarking on a project to attract and recruit Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals from overseas. We are looking to recruit an experienced senior leader who will provide strong project leadership across the Trust to this programme. Overseas recruitment has never been done at the Trust at scale before so will provide the successful applicant with a blank canvas to make the project their own.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to the attraction, on-boarding and ongoing professional and pastoral development and support of our international recruits.
Main duties of the job
This key role within HR will take the strategic and operational lead for international recruitment campaigns, developing the appropriate frameworks and support packages required to effectively recruit, support and retain international recruits across LCHS.
This includes developing and implementing appropriate frameworks and tools to support international recruits in all aspects including:
- with resettlement including travel, accommodation and orientation to the UK and Lincolnshire
- with assisting in undertaking necessary preparation for their ability to work legally and safely, adhering to all necessary examinations ie OSCE etc
- with training and induction
- ensuring professional and social integration into the Trust and its geographical surroundings (pastoral support).
As this is a new endeavour for the Trust, this role is advertised on a 12 month fixed term basis currently.
You will have excellent organisational and planning skills, coupled with a proven ability to prioritise your resources to meet deadlines. A forward-thinking individual, with experience of international recruitment and strong leadership skills, you will be based within HR and work collaboratively with operational leaders and teams across the Trust.
