This is a rare opportunity to train to become an AAT Foundation Level 2 Qualified Accounts Apprentice, earning a wage whilst you work as part of our fast-moving, innovative and ambitious Finance team supporting our organisation Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) to be able to provide great care close to home.
Main duties of the job
About the Role
This is a 15 month fixed term AAT Accredited Accounts Apprentice vacancy in our FBI Team based at LCHS Trust Headquarters, Beech House, Lincoln. The hours of work will be 37.5, Monday to Friday, on the national minimum wage rate. You will provide day to day comprehensive, effective and efficient support to a wide range of functions across the Finance function.
The post holder will be an integral member of the department with varied job role and responsibilities that meet service needs.

- Working with figures and spreadsheet
- Answering telephone and email queries and redirecting as appropriate
- Preparing letters for mail shots
- Providing effective and efficient administrative support
- Preparation and manipulation of data including data entry
- Archiving
- Answering enquires
