The post holder will work within the referral service administration teamfor the Neurodiversity pathway for children and young people across Herts who would benefit from a pre-assessment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or an autism assessment. The role will provide admin support to the multi-disciplinary clinical teams across partner organisations.

Main duties of the job
Have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.
Undertake a range of administration tasks, including processing referrals, letters and reports.
Be a point of contact for enquiries and communication from patients, families and professionals with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Prioritise and manage own workload and take personal responsibility for a number of specific tasks, providing cross cover for tasks/responsibilities for any service should the need arise.
Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded on our clinical system database
Work well as a team under pressure in a busy environment
Share information and escalate issues when appropriate
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
You will receive full support and training to undertake all aspects of the role, you need to bring enthusiasm, energy and a flexible approach to work.
