Job summary
We are looking for a flexible part time administrator to join our admin team at Peace Children's Centre for Children's Specialist Nursing Services.
The Administration Team provides essential administrative support to the clinical teams. The post holder will work as part of a team of administrators to answer patient telephone calls and enter referral data and book initial appointments for Children's Specialist Nursing Services using SystmOne. The team is also responsible for directing each referral to the appropriate team.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.
- Be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Undertake a range of administration tasks, including processing referrals and letters
- Answer incoming calls, dealing with enquiries from patients, families and professionals with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded on our clinical system database
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
You will receive full support and training to undertake all aspects of the role, you need to bring enthusiasm, energy and a flexible approach to work.
