Main duties of the job
The key role of the Locality Clinical Lead (LCL) is to ensure that all staff involved in the delivery of care to patients (either directly or indirectly) do so to high standards to assure patient safety, experience and outcomesThe LCL will support the team managers/Locality Managers/CQL's to ensure that learning and changes in practice are embedded and ensure standards are met

- Current NMC registration.
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience
- Two years post registration clinical experience.
Desirable
- Experience in supporting/leading teams
