An exciting, rare opportunity has arisen for the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, Chair of Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and Office of the Board..
The postholder will be expected to provide high quality, confidential, efficient, effective and comprehensive executive level support. The post holder will report to the Assistant Trust Secretary and contribute to the extensive complex workload of the Office of the Board.

This is a busy, varied role in which the postholder will work autonomously, exercising judgment and initiative, with excellent written and verbal skills, whilst confidently managing and maintaining complex electronic diaries making informed judgements based on the understanding of the competing demands of the Chief Executive Officer, Chair and Non- Executive Directors roles prioritising appointments and engagements appropriately.
A knowledge and confident ability to use technology to support hybrid meeting is required. This role is a mixture of office based and working from home.
The postholder will need to demonstrate a calm, professional, flexible approach to this rewarding but demanding role.

- Substantive experience of supporting a Director or equivalent senior level in a personal assistant role

- Advanced level knowledge of IT systems in particular word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software
