Job summary
We are looking for an experienced senior project manager to join Hertfordshire Community Trust's Transformation Team. We are a friendly, warm and supportive team and you will be involved in some of the most exciting areas of work across the organization, working with colleagues from across HCT and partner organizations, including a wide variety of clinicians and senior managers.
We are looking for someone experienced in leading and managing Transformation, who can work independently, has good analytical and creative skills and will bring ideas about how we can continue to improve and support the organizations strategic transformation priorities and help us make changes to the way in which we deliver our services to provide outstanding care to our patients.
As this role will require travel across our different sites, applicants will need to hold a current driving license.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Transformation Project Manager will lead on key areas of transformation and improvement across clinical, operational and corporate services. Working with colleagues from across the organization and with system partners, the post holder will be responsible for scoping, project planning and ensuring high quality delivery. Engagement and communication will be crucial and the post holder will need to be confident at building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Working as part of a supportive and highly regarded Transformation team, the Senior Transformation Project Manager will provide line management for Transformation Project Managers and will also be able to provide specialist advice and guidance on transformation, project management and service improvement to HCT colleagues.

- Further training and experience in project management e.g LEAN, PRINCE2 or equivalent skills demonstrated through experience
