Job Title: Transformation Programme Manager
Band: 8b
1 year fixed-term/Secondment (flexible /hybrid working available)
Salary - £60,983 - £70,536 including fringe high-cost area supplement.
We are looking for an experienced programme manager to join Hertfordshire Community Trust's Transformation Team. We are a friendly, warm and supportive team and you will be involved in some of the most exciting areas of work across the organisation, working with colleagues from across HCT and partner organisations, including a wide variety of clinicians and senior managers.
The post holder will also be a valued part of the Transformation Senior Management Team and as well as a visible leader within the broader Strategy Directorate and the Trust. We are looking for someone who will bring ideas about how we can continue to improve how we support the organisations strategic transformation priorities and help us make changes to the way in which we deliver our services to provide outstanding care to our patients.
As this role will require occasional travel across our different sites, applicants will need to hold a current driving licence.

Main duties of the job
- Lead the successful development, implementation and delivery of a range of strategic programmes and projects with a focus on implementing and evidencing sustainable change and using best practice methodology
- Cross organisational working with a range of statutory, third sector and community organisations
- Provide programme/project management and transformation expertise to the wider organisation
- Work with the other Transformation Programme Managers to plan and provide oversight of the portfolio of programmes and projects undertaken by the Transformation Team
- Provide line management and development of team members
- Contribute to the wider directorate work including strategy development and analysis of regional/national strategies to understand the implication for HCT
- The post holder will be expected to manage and prioritise their own workload and ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standard

- Gap analysis, process mapping and benefits realisation
- To ensure that the full programme/project management governance and process are in-place, including scope of project, PIDs, programme and project plans, GANNT charts, risk, issue and lessons learned logs, KPIs and reporting, board highlight reports, establishing project and stakeholder groups
