Job summary

  • We are looking to recruit into a new role which will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team as well as the wider Retention programme & People Team, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks. This role will be pivotal in developing new social media concepts, researching and developing new recruitment ideas to ensure that HCT remains completive in the current workforce/labour market and helping to support our artificial intelligence agenda.Interviews for this role will be taking place on Thursday 9th November 2023.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the
  • Recruitment Team as well as the wider People Team in accordance with agreed processes and legislative requirements, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including having personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks.
  • Be responsible for administrative tasks and systems relating to contractual terms and conditions.
  • To maintain close links with the payroll department, occupational health and external agencies.
  • Offer support to existing staff and potential external candidates.
  • To work unsupervised, adhering to operational procedures and established practice and referring to the line manager for guidance when needed.
  • Analysis of verbal, written and electronic information from managers, external agencies and staff ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • To work with Recruiting/HR Advisors and recruiting managers to resolve queries
  • Undertake various pieces of delegated project work as required, providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support, demonstrating the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Have a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
