The Senior Transformation Project Manager will lead on key areas of transformation and improvement across clinical, operational and corporate services. Working with colleagues from across the organisation and with system partners, the post holder will be responsible for scoping, project planning and ensuring high quality delivery. Engagement and communication will be crucial and the post holder will need to be confident at building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Working as part of a supportive and highly regarded Transformation team, the Senior Transformation Project Manager will provide line management for Transformation Project Managers and will also be able to provide specialist advice and guidance on transformation, project management and service improvement to HCT colleagues.
Main duties of the job
Lead key transformation priorities and projects across the Trust, often in collaboration with system partners
Work with Executives and senior colleagues, engaging with multi-disciplinary clinical, operational, and corporate clinical teams to lead on project activity across the Trust in alignment with our strategy and improvement ambitions
Ensure all elements of the programme / project are effectively managed, including:

- Maintaining and managing project plans
- Maintaining effective project controls, including risk and issue management
- Ensuring identification, escalation and mitigation of project risks
- Establish and manage the co-ordination of project meetings
- Development of key performance indicators
Contribute and, where required, lead on the development of business cases
Prepare regular performance / highlight reports for relevant governance forums including steering groups, Executive Teams and Trust Board
Resolve any issues, disagreements, or disputes between parties to ensure programme / projects remain on course to achieve successful completion
High quality and effective communication including as part of the project communication requirements and with the wider organisation and colleagues as necessary
Actively influence, motivate, develop and support key stakeholders.
