Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust for a full-time proactive Business Analyst to join our Digital Services team. The team is responsible for developing digital solutions to help clinical teams work more safely and efficiently. You will assist in scoping the operational requirements needed to meet the required output and recommend service improvement using digital solutions. You will work with a variety of teams across the Trust to support the design, development and implementation of a variety of clinical and non-clinical digital solutions.
Working with other departmental, clinical, and corporate colleagues at all levels will require travel to our sites across Herefordshire and Worcestershire at times.
This 1-year, fixed term/secondment role is 37 hrs, 5 days per week working both from our Trust HQ in Worcester and at home.
Main duties of the job
As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Digital Services department and will work closely with our Project Managers, IT Trainers, and department colleagues. This role will include pro-actively working with clinical and corporate teams across the Trust to map out processes and identify any areas that may benefit from a digital solution. You will also work with Project Managers ensuring the smooth delivery of our current portfolio of digital projects that are being deployed across the Trust.
The post holder should have a proven ability of using strategic thinking and developing innovative solutions, as well as experience within health change programmes. They will have recognised achievement within a programme of continuous professional development and be educated to post graduate diploma level or have substantial experience of performing to an equivalent level.
