Job summary
An
exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the
Worcestershire Localities within the Neighbourhood Community Mental Health
Teams (NMHT).
An exciting opportunity for either an experienced
OT or someone wishing to develop their career.
As enthusiastic OT you will lead practice development and will be
supported within the team by both the clinical and leadership structure.
Contributing to the delivery of our services,
facilitating group interventions and working with individuals on improving the
functioning in their lives, as a key member of our MDT across the Primary Care
Networks ensuring our patients receive expert care focused on recovery.
The post is for 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, although
we would consider applications for 22.5 hours a week over 3 days. We also allow
flexibility for hybrid working if clinically possible.

Main duties of the job
You would be working as part
of a well-established and supportive Occupational Therapy team. All our OTs
complete specific and Specialist Occupational Therapy Roles as part of the MDT.
