Job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and confident individual to join our operational Human Resources team, as an HR Administrator.

Under the guidance of the HR Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the operational HR Team within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust. This role is part-time, working 22.5 hours per week, although 22.5 hours will be the minimum number of hours being offered to the candidate and there may be more hours available in the future.

Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality are essential.

The role will offer hybrid working and involve working from home as well as attendance in the office at 2 Kings Court, Worcester.

Main duties of the job

The main purpose of the role will be to provide effective and efficient administrative support, including typing and audio typing of HR-related correspondence, documents, transcripts and reports. As well as data inputting, filing, scanning and photocopying.
