Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and confident individual to join our operational Human Resources team, as an HR Assistant on a full-time basis.
You will provide secretarial support to the Operational HR team within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust and be the initial point of contact for general queries from both staff and managers on terms and conditions of service and other employment matters.
Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality are essential.
The role will offer hybrid working and involve working from home as well as attendance in the office or other Trust sites.

Main duties of the job
This job is varied and no two days will be the same, so your ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage your own time and workload will be crucial.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide secretarial support to the Operational HR Team, including diary management, typing, audio typing and taking minutes at meetings.
You will provide administrative assistance in investigatory processes and assist in the monitoring of sickness absence and DSB and professional registration compliance.
