Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trusts Tissue Viability Service for a skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated nurse with advanced clinical skills in Tissue Viability to join our specialist team. The service provides interventions, advice and education to patients and staff across our Inpatient and Community services including Care Homes. The post is 30 hours a week over four days although the working pattern is negotiable. There are opportunities for some home working within the role.

Main duties of the job
The post offers a varied role across the four pillars of practice with opportunities in Clinical delivery, research, education and leadership.
Your day may include reviewing patients with complex tissue viability needs, triaging referrals, supervising and supporting the band 6s within the team, delivering teaching to a variety of staff, supporting policy and strategy development, working with system partners and visiting patients in their own homes or our community hospitals.
