Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead within
the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Healthy Minds Service to
join the leadership team. The leadership role requires an enthusiastic lead
to support High Intensity Therapists with the management of caseloads. You will
play an active role in the management meetings along with being an integral
part of the collaborative relationships built with community teams. The Team
Lead will also support in managing PALS queries and formal complaints. You will
also support the management of performance and support the wider leadership
team with service audits. If you are seeking a role that will encompass new
ways of working that will be the future delivery of IAPT in England, then this

The post is for 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
£41,659 - £43,806
This role allows the
possibility of hybrid working, meaning you will be required to commute to the
stated base 2 or 3 days per week but allowing you to base within any commutable
distance for the remainder of your week. We would need to discuss the
suitability to fit this around the service at interview.
Main duties of the job
The job role
entails (but not limited to):
- Working
as a key member and resource of the IAPT Service.
- The
ability to work flexibly as the need of the service demands is essential.
- Participate
and support in weekly meetings, participate in leadership meetings to ensure
the service meets KPI targets for IAPT.
- Lead
a team of therapists with compassion, integrity and understanding.
- Be
a conduit to all adjunct services
- Collaboration
with PCN stakeholders
- Provide
leadership for your locality and work closely with other team leads in the
service.
- Support
and guidance to the carers of patients accessing the services
- Manage
the performance of the team and take part in audits when needed.
