Administrator Band 3, 22.5 hours per week. (3
days per week)
Due to the transformation of our services, we
now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive
administrator to join and enhance our Umbrella Pathway Team, which is the
assessment pathway for Autism. This team
is based in the Special Care Pathways office which provides administrative
support for clinicians, working with vulnerable children, children with
disabilities and complex needs across Worcestershire.

The position is based in our office in Covercroft,
which also has staff parking available on site.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to
have significant proven experience working within a busy team, demonstrate a
flexible approach, and have the ability to stay calm and always work
professionally.
As a highly organised individual you
will need the ability to prioritise and organise work so that tasks are
completed timely following agreed processes and always have the best interest
of the patient at the centre of everything you do. You also need to be willing
to work with senior management to improve and support the implementation of
change when needed.
It is
essential that you are proficient in IT skills including knowledge of the
Microsoft Office Packages along with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
Your varied role will be to provide
predominantly admin support for the Umbrella Pathway, however support for other
teams within the office may be required on an adhoc basis, therefore It is
essential that you are a team player and are able to adapt easily.
